The Czarina Suite is part of the Duke's Apartment  budget range of self-catering apartments, located  in a resort style apartment complex in colourful, cosmopolitan Maylands, bordering the trendy restaurant strip of Inglewood. The accommodation is just a 5 minute walk to the Maylands train station where trains pass every few minutes for the 10 minute hop into central Perth, or  5 minutes to the Mount Lawley station.

The apartment is totally self contained (including linen and towels) with a swimming pool, bar-b-que and tennis courts,  set in a tropical setting of waterfalls and palm trees.

The accommodation also offers parking for 1 car,  at no extra charge. 

The apartment has one queen bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Compact and cosy, with magnificent views to the City and the hills.

Suitable for a couple or a single person, sorry but not suitable for children.  

The bed has a doonna with fresh cotton covers which are washed after every guest stay.

A coin operated laundry is available within the complex.

From $250 - $390 a week, minimum stay of 6 weeks.

Owned and run by the owners of the Duke's Apartments , it is a great cheap alternative to hotels or serviced apartments.
